Planned Loss At Recipe Header Is Not Considered At Batch Creation Time After Applying Patch 27221838:R12.GME.C (Doc ID 2387369.1)

Note: Patch 27221838:R12.GME.C did not introduce or break this the code, but rather it uncovered this issue once the issue in Patch 27221838:R12.GME.C was fixed.


On : 12.2.5 version, Product Development Recipes

After patch 27221838:R12.GME Recipe header planned loss is not considered at batch creation.

Recipe header planned loss should be considered at batch creation. This occurs when a row exists at the Recipe plant\laboratory level and the process loss is zero.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Formulator responsibility
2. Recipes->Load recipe.
3. Add a process loss on bottom portion of form for specific plant/lab, but with a zero process loss.
4. Add a process loss at the recipe header level.
5. Create a batch. You can see process loss at the recipe header level is not considered.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot make use of Recipe header planned process loss.
