ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Extend dependent LOV function that is available in the Oracle Authoring Framework to all Lease Pages.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Need to be able to extend dependent LOV function that is available in the Oracle Authoring Framework to all Lease Pages

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: Lease Super User --> Customers --> Select a Contract --> Parties --> Create or Select a Party for Update
For the contract party DFF, defined an "Originating Vendor Site" where it is expected that the user can select an address from a list of addresses defined for the selected party. User is unable to set the Context Policy for the contract or the party id. Instead, it lists all addresses that is in the party table.
