NullPointerException When Learning Administrator click on Upload From Content Folder (Doc ID 2387992.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Upload Content to a Content Folder, the following error occurs.

ERROR

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.java:912)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.java:886)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperInvocationTargetException(OAException.java:1009)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.server.OAUtility.invokeMethod(Unknown Source)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.server.OAUtility.invokeMethod(Unknown Source)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Learning Administrator Responsibility
2. Go to Content
3. Select the Folder and click on Details
4. Click on Upload then error follows
