Upgrade Button Visible When Rebooking A Contract

On : 12.2.5 version, Lease Authoring
When rebooking a contract on one Operating Unit an Upgrade button is appearing in the Pricing page.
This has not been the case for other Operating Units being tested, even though all Operating Units have Amortize Income Adjustments from Revision Date enabled.
In an effort to resolve the issue with the Upgrade button appearing, users tried to run the program "Master Program -- Effective Dated Rebook Upgrade"
When submitting that, the following error occurs:

Enter a value for p_org_id parameter.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Amortize Income Adjustments from Revision Date in an Operating Unit.
2. Rebook a contract in this Operating Unit and check for the Upgrade button.
It may not appear even though it should.
3. Attempt to run Master Program -- Effective Dated Rebook Upgrade.
