Person Selection Rule not Evaluating Correctly (Doc ID 2388068.1)

When attempting to submit the Default Enrollment Process, the following error occurs:

Steps to reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Select View > Requests from the Oracle Toolbar and click Submit a New Request.
3. Select Default Enrollment Process and enter all the required parameters including the person selection rule.
4. Verify the log after the process completes.

Log contains the mentioned error.
