Symptoms



When attempting to execute the Unacceptable Tax Balance process or view a Statement of Earnings (SOE),
the following error occurs.

HR_6881_HRPROC_ORA_ERR
SQLERRMC ORA-20001: Assertion failure detected at location get_new_latest_bal_value:1.

Cause: an internal error has occurred at location get_new_latest_bal_value:1.

Action: please contact your Oracle customer representative.
