ESC-27233716 Unit Price Not Calculating Correctly For OSP PO Move Transaction (Doc ID 2388318.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR 
One of our OSP PO Moves not calculating unit cost correct. unit price on PO is .224318.  On resource transactions, it is .22779.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Correctly calculated Unit Price

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Responsibility = Inventory (INV)
    Navigation = Ityems-> Organization Items, Org = TLS
   OSP Item: OSP127_UTAC_WFR_PROBE_CP1_1238, UOM Setup EACH

2.  Intra-Class Conversion UOM calculation 1 wafer = 3761 x Each

3.  Responsibility = Purchasing (PO)
    PO 1017681
    PO Line 11
    Price for Wafer = 843.66
    If we calculate Price for Each = 843.66/3761 = .224318  (150?)

4.  PO Receipt in Purchase Order Summary
    Received 25 Wafers = 25*3761 Each = 94025 Each

5. Unit price for each comes in as .22779
