Symptoms
On : 12.2 version, Upgrade related issues
When attempting to upgrade EBS 12.0.6 to 12.2.0 and then to 12.2.6, while executing the rapidwiz the following error occurs:
Fatal Error: TXK Install Service

Cannot install WebLogic Server
RW-50010: Error: - script has returned an error: 1
