R12: AP: Supplier Sites Open Interface Import(APXSSIMP) Rejects With "Distribution Set Information is Inconsistent" (Doc ID 2388476.1)

Symptoms

When running Supplier Sites Open Interface Import(APXSSIMP) to create a supplier site, but the import rejects with 'Distribution Set Information is Inconsistent' error.

STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load data in interface table AP_SUPPLIER_SITES_INT with DISTRIBUTION_SET_ID or DISTRIBUTION_SET_NAME fields
2. Run concurrent: Supplier Sites Open Interface Import
3. Site is rejected with reason: Distribution Set Information is Inconsistent (AP_INCONSISTENT_DIST_SET)
