WICDOL Autocreate FAS program works for some users, but does not work well for others.

The Autocreate Final Assembly Orders program does not process all eligible lines when submitted by certain users (business users who need to run this every day), but works for other id's. This behavior has been noticed only in the production environment. In the development environment, one user logged in as different user and was able to process all records in the first run.

Tried running Autocreate separately for all orgs and for specific org. The result is the same.

There were 65 records eligible, and autocreate was run by the designated user, for all orgs. It processed 15 lines belonging to an order.  It ignored 50 eligible lines left in the production environment (in Supply Eligible status) that should have been processed.  Another user did the same test and it processed all of the lines.

User level profile options were checked and they could not find anything specific differences to security or similar access related profiles.

Functionality works the same for all users

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run the WICDOL Autocreate FAS program by one User
2. Run the same WICDOL Autocreate FAS program by different User

3. Compare the results and they are different
