Symptoms
Run an interactive report that has a single measure section in the pivot table, the report displays and extra row below the Header.
Steps to recreate are as below:
1. Login to Oracle BI Publisher 12.2.1.3.0
2. Create/pickup a BI Pub data model ( Pick up from Sample)
3. Create a report layout
4. Add a Pivot table
5. Add just one Measure to it
6. View in interactive viewer
The report adds an extra header line for the Measure Label. This was not the behavior in 11g.
