GB Rollback Does Not Remove NINO Rows From HMRC Transactions

When running GB Rollback for RTI – NINO Verification Request Process (NVREQ) rows from HMRC Transactions -> Submit Files to HMRC (still appear as Ready For Upload)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login under UK HMRS Manager responsibility
2. Run RTI – NINO Verification Request Process (NVREQ) - results are as expected, xml files are in HMRC Transactions -> Submit Files to HMRC with status Ready For Upload
3. Run GB Rollback for above process: xml files are still in HMRC Transactions -> Submit Files to HMRC with status Ready For Upload
