Counter Tables Not Getting Populated For Mobile Field Service

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, JTM Master Concurrent Programs

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Counter tables csm_counter_values_acc and csm_counter_acc are not getting populated for mobile Field service after running JTM Master Concurrent Program with Lookup parameter even though the base tables and the Service Request form screen can show the counters data

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the counter tables csm_counter_values_acc and csm_counter_acc get populated correctly as seen in e business Form .


ISSUE SCOPE
-----------------
Issue is not specific to single service request

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to applications
2. Goto Service Responsibility and open any Service Request
3. From Tools2 Menu Choose Menu option Counter Capture]
4.Enter Counter readings and save
5.Run the JTM Master Concurrent program with Lookup parameter
Observe that the table Csm_counter_values_acc and csm_counter_acc are not populated and have 0 rows.
