Signature not getting captured in EBS after first sync from MFS Laptop client

On : 12.1.3 version, Mobile Field Service Laptop

The Signature on the Debrief is missing in the Service Requests(SR) Form after first Synchronization in MFS

That the Service request form will show the signature attachment that were created from MFS client.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.User logged into MFS Laptop client-Webtogo.
2.Perform debrief operation .
3.Capture Signature in Service Requests(SR) form Report.
4.Perform Data synchronization.
5.Signature not displaying in EBS side Service report and in attachment section.
