Symptoms
When clicking on transaction line in GTM (Global Trade Management), the following error occurs.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sales Order in ERP is sent into GTM as a Trade transaction
2. Navigate to Trade Compliance Management>>Trade Transaction. Click on Transaction Line
3. Above Error is seen
