After approving RMA Sales order is not progressing further
Reason : when we check the AME flow we found the error
Workflow activity Process Beat By First Responder has failed due to an unexpected error.
Please retry the activity from the Order Form or the Workflow Monitor.
If it fails again, then contact your System Administrator.
