Symptoms
When attempting to run the CAMT Bank Statement Loader program,the following error occurs.
ERROR

SQLCODE:-xx Sqlerrm :ORA-22288: file or LOB operation FILEOPEN failed
No such file or directory
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto Cash Management responsibility
2. Other -> Requests -> Run
3. Run the CAMT Bank Statement Loader Program
