ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In SSHR (Self Service Human Resources) application when attempting to use Change Manager function to change managers,
It goes to "Change Manager: People in Hierarchy" page. When click on action icon / button ,
move on "Change Manager: Perform Action" page and no option to continue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to use Change Manager function in SSHR application.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in application
2. Select Manager Self-Service responsibility
3. Select Chane Manager function
4. On "Change Manager: People in Hierarchy" page select an employee and click on action icon
5. Move on "Change Manager: Perform Action" page and no option to continue.
