Link attachment cannot open on self-service page 'RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol' (Doc ID 2390208.1)

On :  12.2.4 version, Work Execution

When attempting to access URL attachments to an asset, the following error occurs.

The page cannot be found.
   HTTP error 404 - file or directory not found

Error is occurring when open web type attachments for only Assets. For other attachments are working.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Responsibility = XXXXX
2.  Navigation = Work Requests-> Assets
3.  Assets Tab-> Query Asset = XXXX
4.  View Details -> Attachment list (list of WEB pages) is displayed while clicking on any link
5.  You are being redirected to web page //............    Do you want to continue?
6.  After press on Yes following error coming. Unable to open attachment

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the URL attachment and probably have to relogin to the application
