Back to back sales order lines do not go into "Supply Eligible" status

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For a B2B order, sales order line stuck at "Awaiting Shipping" status and not going into "Supply Eligible" status

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Sales order line must go into "Supply Eligible" status after sales order is booked

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Order Management Super User responsibility - Orders, returns - Sales order
2. Enter a new sales order with item XXXXX
3. Book the sales order
4. See that the sales order line is in "Awaiting Shipping" status and not "Supply Eligible" status.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have incorrect status for the sales order line for item XXXXX and cannot order that item.
