PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
When trying to import users to KCenter, using the KCenter User Import Utility, an error message is received:
Knowledge Center User Import Utility
Invalid file selected!
The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.15.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.
