On : 12.1.3 version, APS Collections

When changing the UOM on an ingredient line in a batch and re-running Collections, the UOM change is not reflected in the quantity shown on the Supply/Demand screen.

Batch created with an ingredient quantity of 94815 grams. Collections run, Supply/Demand shows demand as 95 Kg - item's primary UOM is Kg, and apparently the screen is rounding to the nearest whole number for some reason). So apart from the rounding, the quantity is correct.

Change the UOM on the batch ingredient line from gram to Kg, so quantity is now 94815 KG. Run Collections, full refresh.
Supply/Demand screen still shows demand as 95 Kg instead of 94815 Kg.

Expect the quantity on Supply/Demand to show the actual ingredient quantity

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create batch with ingredient in grams
2. Run Collections
3. Change ingredient line UOM to Kg
4. Run Collections and view Supply/Demand screen

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, planning has the wrong demand quantity.
