On : 12.1.3 version, Lease Authoring

When attempting to calculate upfront tax using the batch process (number of assets is greater than OKL: Contract Total Asset Lines) in the Calculate Upfront Tax Output file (many times):

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contract that has more asset lines than OKL: Contract Total Asset Lines.
2. In the contract Terms set the Upfront Tax to be Financed.
2. Activate the contract at least through the Calculate Upfront Tax stage.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Book these contracts as Upfront Tax is required.
