After Applying 22890403, the Fractional Part of "Amount subject to Si" is Added in the Last Period (Doc ID 2390790.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

After applying patch 22890403 and running the concurrent program "Payroll Report (Transfer Commutation Allowance to BEE)" ,the fractional part of the following columns are added in the last period of payment as with "Amount subject to Ei Monthly Adjustment" .
    - Amount subject to Si
    - Amount subject to Si Minus Adjustment
    - Si Fixed Wage

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

   1. Open the form "Commute Information"
       Responsibility: Related to JP HRMS responsibility
       (N) People -> Enter and Maintain -> (B) Assignment -> (B) Others -> Commuting Info   

   2. Click the tab "Public Transportation"

   3. Enter the transportation as below

Means of Travel Departure Place Arrival Place Period Payment Option Amount(Yen) Pay Start Month SI Start Month
Train AAA BBB Three Months Salary 10,000 201801 This Month



 

   4. Run the concurrent program "Payroll Report (Transfer Commutation Allowance to BEE)" in the period from 201801 to 201803

   5. Open the form "Batch Header"
         (N) Mass Information Exchange: MIX -> Batch Element Entry

   6.Search the batch and click the button "Element Lines"

   7.Check the created batch as below

  Amount subject to Si Amount subject to Si Minus Adjustment Si Fixed Wage
201801 3333 -3333 3333
201802 3333 -3333 3333
201803 3334 -3334 3334
