Award Name Translation is not Available in Individual Compensation Distribution (ICD) From Manager Self-Service (Doc ID 2390862.1)

Symptoms

Translation of the "Type"  is not happening to Arabic.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to responsibility Manager Self-Service and select the Individual Compensation Distribution function.
2. Click the Action icon for the employee.
3. Click the Award New Compensation button.
4. Select the Value Type.
Type" Field  "Overtime Attendance Daily Transaction" is not Translated.

Steps to verify the Arabic Translation

Setup for "Overtime Attendance Daily Transaction":

1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Total Compensation > Element Description and query the element in question.
See that translation is available for the element "Overtime Attendance Daily Transaction".
