Cannot Import CRM Resource After Existing Resource Endated (Doc ID 2391143.1)

In 11.5.10.2

In resource manager, can not import CRM resource after existing resource end dated

The resource is an employee and rehired as a contractor.

Existing resource -> ??? which is ended.

Trying to import resource as ??? ( which defined in hr ).

When try to import resource with new employee name(???), still see existing resource(???) .


1.select * from apps.per_all_people_f where person_id='XXXX'

2.select * from apps.jtf_rs_resource_extns b where SOURCE_NUMBER='XXXXXX'


How to update resource name in resource manager after name has been updated in HR?
