Symptoms

Service HTML: Need option to render all contents and details for Notes automatically.

Steps:

(R) Customer Support Specialist
(N) Agent Dashboard

 - Query SR
 - Navigate to the Notes section.

In the Notes section, need to view all Notes details when selecting 'Details' format

Cause
