Purpose
With a certain combination of JDBC version and specific version of OracleTimezone class/ JTFTimeZone class, timezone conversion will not take place in OA Framework based applications and JTF based applications. This document describes the issue and how to diagnose it, and also provides required patches information to resolve the issue.
