ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After configuring the email notification, the mails are not being sent / received.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Upon completion of the program, the request status has to be sent via mail based on the NOTIFY setup configured.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to submit request form
2. Query and select the concurrent program.
3. Submit the request and the issue is observed.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot carry out their normal operations as per their business needs.
