Reported Issue
Unable to raise a supplementary invoice as
when in the supplymentary changes form the define price list and other details value on saving are not getting saved in.

Error message / pop up message
On clicking on Save in the Supplementary Changes form, find a pop up message
" Request has not been submitted".
