Pricing Engine Is Not Working Correctly As it Does Not Correctly Consider Precedence On Qualifiers (Doc ID 2391589.1)

Symptoms

Pricing Precedence is not working correctly - Not considering Precedence on Qualifiers

Case 1

qualifier precedence = 400
product precedence = 400
the effective precedence = 240


Case 2

qualifier precedence = 300
product precedence = 400
effective precedence = min (300, 400) = 220

Error:

Failed to resolve incompatibility between price lists


This started happening after we applied <Patch 26533427>

ERROR

Failed to resolve incompatibility between price lists (<item>) Duplicate price list lines: <price List One's Name> and <price List Two's Name>


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User
2. Orders, Returns
3. Sales Orders
4. Enter problematic item <item>

Get the error:

Failed to resolve incompatibility between price lists (<item>) Duplicate price list lines: <price List One's Name> and <price List Two's Name>
