ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Dock Appointment Form is Not Working after applying Patch 24843833

After applying Patch 24843833, it was noted that it broke the dock appointment form. The analysis is as follows:

Patch 24843833 broke the Dock Appointment Form. The patch was applied on Production and it was noticed that the Dock Appointment form was broke. No new appointment can be created.  Originally, the issue was that the wms_dock_appointments_pub calls wms_yms_integration_pvt.insert_dock_appointment but it was not inserting into the wms_dock_appointments_b table.

The call to insert_dock_appointment in WMSYMSIB.pls does not do anything.

Expect the Dock Appointment Form to create new appointments

The issue was produced with the following steps:
1. Apply Patch 24843833
2. Dock Appointment Form does not create new appointments
