On : 12.2.4 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Different values for NI YTD between RTI Year to Date Reconciliation Report and RTI Year to Date Reconciliation Report (Discrepancies)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using UK HRMS Manager
2. (N) -> Process and Reports -> Submit process -> RTI Year to Date Reconciliation Report
3. (N) -> Process and Reports -> Submit process -> RTI Year to Date Reconciliation Report (Discrepancies)
