Performance Issue on the Benefits Service Center Form (BENAUTHE) (Doc ID 2392059.1)

Actual Behavior:
While using the Benefits Service Center form to search employees, experiencing performance issue.

Expected Behavior:
Forms should not take that long to process.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Benefit Service Center form and attempt to query an employee.
  - Takes more than 30 seconds to 60 seconds.

Also experiencing issues when closing the search form.
