Performance Issue On BENAUTHE - Benefits Service Center Form

On : 12.1.3 HRMS Rup 10, Performance Issues

Actual Behavior:
While using the Benefits Service Center form to search employees, experiencing performance issue.

Expected Behavior:
Forms should not take that long to process.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign in with US Super HRMS Responsibility
2. Click on People > Benefit Service Center form
3. Query any employee, hit on find
  - Takes more than 30 seconds to 60 seconds.
4. Also experiencing issues when closing the search form.
