E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications Framework, OA Framework LAF related issues

After upgrading E-Business Suite 12.2 to <Patch 21900895> - R12.ATG_PF.C.DELTA.6, users report they are no longer able to access all the LOV options for profile 'Oracle Applications Look and Feel' (LAF).

Prior to the installation of <Patch 21900895>, users had 10 options in the list of values for profile 'Oracle Applications Look and Feel'.

After the installation of <Patch 21900895>, users only have 2 options for the E-Business Suite LAF.

The user community is requesting a set of steps to restore the 10 options which were avalable prior to the installation of <Patch 21900895>.
