When attempting to WIP ISG Mobile REST services, the following error occurs.

This mobile client version is incompatible with the current server.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke WIP ISG Mobile REST Services
2. Observe error in Advanced Rest Client tool
