Assignment Status LOV not Displaying Newly Created Status (Doc ID 2392960.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Oracle Human Resource, Person / Assignment Issues


User created a new Assignment Status but it does not appear in the list of values for Assignment Status.

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Steps to CREATE  a New System Status:

    1. Choose XX HRMS Manager Responsibility
    2. Work Structures
    3. Status
    4. File - New
    5. Enter User Status
    6. Choose Human Resources System Status
    7. Choose appropriate Payroll System Status
    8. Check Active Box

 

 Steps to USE the New System Status:

    1. Choose XX HRMS Manager Responsibility
    2. People
    3. Enter and Maintain
    4. Find Person
    5. Assignment
    6. Click in the Status Field
    7. View LOV list of values
