IB was under incorrect customer ownership, this was then booked in against an Service Request (SR).
SR Cancelled and Account Alias Issue Transaction Occurred.
Unit was then inducted for repair and WIP Completed whilst under in-correct customer ownership.
Unable to update Owner and do not have the option to do so within Installed Based User Interface.
