Poor Performance When Running Canadian Deposit Advice (XML) Process (Doc ID 2393044.1)

On : 12.1.3 HRMS RUP 9 version, in Production

It is observed that when running the Canadian Deposit Advice (XML) process, it appears to be having a performance issue
For approximately 2500 employees the process takes 1 - 2 hours to complete, and it appears to be taking longer and longer to complete

It is expected that the process complete in much less time

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Submit the Canadian Deposit Advice (XML) process
2. Observe that it takes quite some time to complete
3. It is also noted that 2 PDF outputs are produced on the file system in $APPLCSF/out;  it is expected that only 1 PDF is produced

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the Canadian Deposit Advice (XML) process in a reasonable amount of time; this causes pay advices to not be sent to the print shop in a timely fashion.
