Symptoms
On a 12.1.3 Environment:
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Unable to open forms after TLS1.0 and TLS2.0“ implementation.
Terminating SSL at Load Balancer level and when launching forms, the following error messages appears:
"Application Error
ClassNotFoundException
oracle.apps.fnd.formsClient.FormsLauncher.class"
ClassNotFoundException
oracle.apps.fnd.formsClient.FormsLauncher.class"
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect forms to open without error.
The issue can be reproduced by the following steps:
1. After TLS upgrade, open any FORM.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Users cannot access any Forms.
