Symptoms
This issue occurs when schedule a concurrent program, ex. Purge Signon Audit data, and using the Recalculate Parameters checkbox.
The first run completes successful as expected but subsequent runs complete in error, on checking the request date parameter, it shows as <Date time>. (Dot is appended)
