Task Assigned To Mobile User Is Not Visible In User's Mobile Device

On : 12.2.6 version, Multiplatform General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When scheduling tasks to Mobile user, the task does not get inserted to csm_tasks_acc table for that user

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the task to be assigned properly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Task in Enterprise
2. Assign the task to a valid mobile user
3. check the csm_tasks_acc for that user or sync to MFS client
