Symptoms

Problem Statement

Material cost transaction worker(CMCMCW) fails to cost Work Order-less Completion transactions.

Error
WIP_COST_TXN_INTERFACE:

Record not found in WIP_PERIOD_BALANCE

Cause: There is no record in WIP_PERIOD_BALANCES for the repetitive schedule or job.

Action: Contact Oracle Support Representative

MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS:

Transactions in WIP inter face (WCTI) related to th is completion_transaction _id are in error. Address the errors and resubmit them for costing

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create Work Order-less Completion transactions via MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE.
  2. Run Cost Manager.
