Problem Statement:

Severe Performance issue while clicking on Actions Button for an employee in the hierarchy.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Manager Self Service

2. Change Manager,Cost Center, Location

3. Click Actions Button in the People Hierarchy
