On : 12.2.3 version Patched at R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.6, Change Manager

Severe Performance issue while clicking on Actions Button for an employee in the hierarchy.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manager Self Service >
2. Change Manager,Cost Center, Location >
3. Click Actions Button in the People Hierarchy >

Performance Issues Occurs.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use this functionality in Self Service to Change the Location/Cost Center/Manager.

Use Core HR.
