Goal

For Delivery the Unit selling price why is it not getting updated in a shipping table wsh_delivery_details after Sales Orders Line Unit selling price has been updated.?

Example :Delivery 9360956.........
For Sales Order 10893922, Order Line unit selling price was updated to $1.30 on 29-DEC-2017 11:13:50. Old selling price was $1.34.
When order line is created, oracle process create a new record in a shipping table wsh_delivery_details. This tables stores the unit selling price and new value (unit selling price) is not getting updated in Oracle shipping table.
For the sales order 10893922, table wsh_delivery_details is still storing the old unit selling price $1.34 instead of new unit selling price..

Support provided customer with

Note 2121586.1 - UNIT_PRICE Of 'WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS' Table Is Different From "UNIT_SELLING_PRICE" Of 'OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL'
and
Note 352953.1 - UNIT_PRICE In WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS Is Not Updated When Manual Modifier Applied To Sales Order Line

which explains that Shipping Development confirmed that Commercial invoice uses unit_price from wsh_delivery_details but the calculated amount is overriden by unit_selling_price from oe_order_lines_all.

So, effectively unit_price(from wsh_delivery_details) is not used anywhere in shipping.

Customer references customs value they have on shipping labels is showing mismatch (see below ) please advise

Customer replied stating

For International Shipments: UNIT_PRICE of 'WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS' is making price variance difference for the Customs.

Because of this custom value (based on UNIT_PRICE of 'WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS') printed on the shipping labels for international shipment and Commercial invoice referring to UNIT_SELLING_PRICE" Of 'OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL are making price variance and are not in sync for the Customs.

Due to above issue, we are not able to ship the products from our factory. This is effecting our lots of daily shipment.

Both custom value on the shipping labels and calculated amount on the commercial invoice are mismatched for the Customs.
