On : 12.1.3 version, Modifiers Setup only
When attempting to create a new modifier, the following error occurs. This is the first time attempting to use this functionality.

ORA-01426: numeric overflow in Package QP_Modifiers_PVT
Procedure Process_Modifiers
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Order Management responsibility
2. Navigate to Pricing > Modifiers
3. Open Define Modifier form
4. Error occurs
