Customer Master Data Status Does Not Change From RPLS_NOT STARTED Despite Multiple Screenings (Doc ID 2394318.1)

Customer Master Data status does not change from RPLS_NOT STARTED despite multiple screenings as stated in below steps:

  1. Loginto OTM
  2. Navigate to Trade Master Data --> Party management --> Party Manger --> Select set of parties to be screened --> actions --> restricted party screening --> await for teh screening and check for the status on party. it should either change to  RPLS_PASSED or FAILED,
  3. if you still see the status then perform the steps 1, 2 even then the status still remains as RPLS_NOT STARTED

    ex: loaded 1.6 million customer records in GTM out of which around 1.4 million of them had an initial status of RPLS_NOT STARTED, ran Restricted Party Screening on all records with status a NOT_STARTED about 4 times, but the status is still NOT STARTED.also tried screening a party individually and saw the status does not change to PASSED.
