LCM Performance issue on Shipment Workbench Search

On : 12.1.3 version, Landed Cost Calculation

LCM Shipments Workbench performance issue. Spins for several minutes then completes with the following:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Workbench
2. Shipments
3. Find Shipments

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, after clicking on the button to search for Shipments, it is consistently slow and just spins saying "Waiting"..
