ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Pricing API price_request does not return BOGO details
The pricing API price_request shows that a line was generated for the BOGO but does not return the details for the Service Item.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect BOGO line for Service Item to return details.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Price Request API.
2. Generated Line is there, but no Service Item Details.
