Agent Dashboard - remove "Person" records from Search and Select Customer Name pop-up

When creating a SR in the Agent Dashboard and the user begins with the Customer search for existing users. In the Agent Dashboard customer search results in a popup window display both Organizations and Persons type results. In the self service form the user can search for one type or the other. if you don't see person type records in the results . is it possible to exclude the Person Type from the search form?
